LY Steel ‘s cold rolling line mill introduces or integrates leading technologies and equipment. The total capacity is2.95 million tons, where 0.75 million tons of annealed and skin-passed products, 0.55 million tons of pickled products, 0.9 million tons of galvanized products and the rest are full hard coils.
PLTCM:Main equipment includes laser welder + shallow slot turbulent pickling + 5-stand UCM tandem mill. The line has good gauge and profile control. Annual capacity is 2.4 million tons.

Annealing and skin-passed line:Main equipment includes full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace + 4-hi skin pass mill + 2 recoiling lines. Full-hydrogen batch annealing furnace has high heat transfer efficiency. Recoiling lines are equipped with imported surface inspector. Annual capacity is 0.75 million tons.

sound quality inspec tion and is configurated with pre-oxidization function, assuring excellent high-strength steelproduction. Annual capacity is 0.9 million tons.
