Tomorrow marks the start of our most cherished time of the year—the Chinese Spring Festival. From February 14th to February 21st, our team will be stepping away to celebrate this traditional holiday with our families. During this week, our warehouse and logistics operations will be on pause, just as they are for millions across the country.

But here’s what we want you to know: we haven’t completely signed off.

For orders already in motion or under discussion, our lines remain open. You can still reach us online. Your emails won’t go unanswered. We’ll continue to track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and make sure everything you’ve already set in motion arrives exactly as planned. While our physical operations rest, our commitment to you does not.

The Chinese Spring Festival is a time for reflection, reunion, and gratitude. It’s also, for many of us, the only full week of the year when we can truly slow down. That’s why this pause matters. But so do you. And we’ve made sure that nothing you’ve entrusted to us gets left behind.

So if you’re wondering about an ongoing order, need a quick update, or simply want to confirm a timeline—go ahead and write to us. We’ll read it. We’ll respond. We’ll take care of it.

To our clients around the world: thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We know business doesn’t stop for a holiday, and we appreciate the space you’ve given us to honor ours.

We’ll be back at full speed on February 22nd. Until then, the kettle’s on, the red envelopes are ready, and we’re raising a quiet toast to you from wherever we are.

Wishing you and yours a warm and joyful Chinese Spring Festival.
