Liangang achieved a major breakthrough in long-process low-carbon smelting technology by using a high proportion of recycled resources. The galvanizing line successfully rolled off the high-end electronic 3C product LGAF+Z-RC50, marking the first launch of the RC50 chromium-free, fingerprint-resistant green steel product under the long-process smelting route.
RC20 bulk supply
Under the current “dual carbon” context, the utilization of recycled resources can effectively reduce carbon emissions in the steel production process. Liangang has long been committed to the research and development and promotion of low-carbon products, and has now achieved stable batch supply of RC20.
RC50 stable production
In order to quickly respond to customers’ demand for higher utilization of recycled resources, the low-carbon technology R&D team of Liangang Iron and Steel Research Institute (Technology Center) carefully summarized and analyzed the problems. By optimizing production organization and refining process management, they solved technical problems such as residual element control, molten steel cleanliness and mechanical property stability, and finally achieved stable production of RC50 chromium-free, fingerprint-resistant green steel.
Liangang’s galvanized chromium-free, fingerprint-resistant green steel meets the needs of high-end electronic 3C products with its excellent surface quality, processing and forming performance, baking paint performance, lubrication performance and lower surface resistance. Among them, the RC20 product was the first to pass the strict SCS system certification in 2023, and has become a business card of Liangang’s galvanized green steel products.
