Following a productive visit to the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Parts Expo in Shiyan last Saturday, our team embarked on an insightful tour of a local client’s manufacturing facilities in Hubei province. The visit provided a first-hand look at the robust capabilities within the region’s rapidly growing NEV ecosystem.
The visit began at the customer’s state-of-the-art body shop. Here, we observed the fully streamlined production process, encompassing everything from body casting and panel blanking to precision painting and final body assembly. This end-to-end control ensures high quality and efficiency in the core structure of modern vehicles.
Our team then visited another specialized factory specializing in customized armored vehicle bodies for military and police vehicles. This exchange facilitated valuable dialogue between the two parties regarding the adaptability and customization of new energy vehicles, as well as the specific requirements of commercial vehicles, providing a broader perspective on industry applications.
This visit not only strengthened the relationship with our Hubei-based partners but also provided deep insights into the practical integration of advanced manufacturing processes.
