LG1500PLUS is a technical innovation based on LG1500 , it has excellent oxidation resistance and welding performance at high temperature , avoiding the subsequent shot blasting treatment, and dust emission , meanwhile it can solve the deformation problem caused by large parts in the shot blasting process. It can be used instead of coated products and reduce carbon emissions by about 193kg/t compared with coated products .
Performance characteristics: LG1500-LG2000 meets the requirements of collision safety and structural strength , with excellent hydrogen brittleness resistance and extreme tip cold bending performance, less scale af- ter hot stamping , high production efficiency. LG1500PLUS also has excellent high temperature oxidation resis- tance and laser welding performance.
